While you (“you” or “your”) are visiting the Site, we may ask you to provide information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of interacting with the Site, submitting inquiries, or requesting services.

Synoptical

Synoptical is a business technology platform operated by JSH Web Designs. Authorized customers may connect supported third-party accounts to access selected reporting, communications, scheduling and business management features.

Google account connections and data accessed

When you choose to connect a Google service, we request your authorization for the information necessary to provide the selected feature. Depending on the services you authorize, this may include:

• Google Analytics: website performance information, including traffic, engagement, acquisition, pages and configured event metrics.
• Google Search Console: website search performance information, including queries, impressions, clicks, positions and associated pages.
• Google Calendar: calendar information, availability and event details for scheduling. Creating or modifying events requires additional authorized permissions.
• Google Business Profile: business account, location and profile information for authorized business management features.

We access only the Google services and permissions you approve. Connecting one service does not automatically authorize access to another. Additional features may require additional consent.

How connected information is used

We use information obtained through authorized connections to provide the features you request, display relevant account information, generate reports, support scheduling and maintain service functionality. We may retain account connection information, saved reports and related service records to provide these features and reporting history.

We apply access controls and appropriate security measures to protect connected information. Access is restricted to authorized users and service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the requested service. Customer information is not made available to other customers.

Service providers and automated processing

Where an authorized feature uses automated analysis or content assistance, selected information relevant to that feature may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf. Such processing is limited to providing the requested service and is subject to applicable provider controls. We do not use connected Google information to train generalized artificial intelligence models. We do not sell connected Google information.

Google API data use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. We use Google information only to provide the user-facing features you authorize, and do not use it to build advertising audiences. Any sharing with service providers is limited to delivering those features or other uses permitted by applicable policy and law.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

We retain saved reports and related service records while needed to provide the service and its history, until they are removed through a verified deletion request or service-closure process, subject to applicable legal or security requirements.

You may disconnect supported Google services within Synoptical or revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting stops future collection through that authorization and removes the associated stored Synoptical Cloud refresh credential. Previously saved reports and records are not automatically deleted when a connection is revoked.

To request deletion of connected Google information and related records, email info@jshwebdesigns.com and identify the business and website. We verify your authority before processing the request and will explain any legally required retention or records separately controlled by connected systems.

Use of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers performing services on our behalf (e.g., hosting or analytics).

• In the event of a business transfer or sale of assets.
